HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that your receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you put an invalid or wrong address, your order will ship out to that address and be returned to our warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and additional shipping charges will apply.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Gaia Spot was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the Billing Address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled. If you order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterward, create a new order using the correct billing address.
WILL GAIA SPOT BE ABLE TO SEE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
Your credit card number or Paypal account is not accessible to us. When your purchase is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information, order details and the last 4 digits of your credit card.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.
Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include ear cuffs, earrings, bodysuits, pantyhose, and pet apparel. Which are final sale due to hygienic reasons? Easy Return and Exchange Process:
